She has been doing my lashes for a while now and they always come out amazing. Alix listened to my needs, designed a custom color and shape, and confirmed everything along the way. MY BROWS HAVE NEVER LOOKED BETTER. The first few days they are dark (duh), but soon they will fade to the softer/neutral brown that we created, with this gorgeous shape that I was missing before.
